67th Street Closure
The US Army Corps of Engineers, in concert with the City of Indianapolis, is constructing a flood protection wall on the south side of 67th Street.
Beginning Monday, March 17, 67th Street will be closed from College Avenue to Ferguson Street. All parking on the south side of 67th, including the Art Center’s South Lot, will be closed. Sometime during the week of March 24, 67th Street from College to the Cultural Complex driveway will be opened. This will allow for access to the Cultural Complex parking lot from College only. During this time, parking in the Art Center’s East Lot will remain open and available. In addition, you are always welcome to park in the gravel lot on the west side of Ferguson Street, about a half-block south of the Art Center Building.
Detour
To reach the Art Center building, please turn east on 66th Street from College Avenue, then turn north on either Ferguson or Cornell Street. The Art Center's East parking lot is located at the corner of 67th and Cornell, and can be accessed via the entrance just east of the Art Center building.
