Free Celebration

El Día de los Muertos, Day of the Dead, is a traditional Mexican holiday that rejoices in the lives of those who have passed on, and lies in the belief that the celebration will bring their spirits back for the day. The celebration will feature national and local entertainment, an exhibition of altars and outdoor shrines featuring a blend of traditional and contemporary personal reflections by artists and community members, hands-on cultural activities for all ages, works for sale, traditional foods, and an opportunity for you to add your own mementos to a community altar.
