FAQs About Access Art:

Who can apply for a scholarship?
Anyone! We take into account financial, medical and personal issues in reviewing applications. Simply turn in your complete application by the due date, and you will be considered!

How are the scholarships prioritized?
Although we wish we could provide tuition assistance for everyone, our funds are limited. We prioritize the applications in the following way:

1. New applicants
2. Completion of application
3. Date received

How is the tuition assistance awarded?
The Access Art Scholarships are awarded based on a sliding scale. We look at your annual household income and the number of people in your family, and compare that to our sliding scale to determine the percent of tuition assistance awarded.

Who do I talk to about applying for a scholarship?
Rachel Thomas-Celmins, Education Department Assistant, is always here to answer any questions you may have regarding the application process! Contact Rachel at [email protected] or by phone at 317.255.2464 x4100.
