Wedding Rental Inclusions

A wedding at the Indianapolis Art Center is beautiful, magical and personal. Not only are you renting your designated area, you are ensured that yours will be the only event taking place that day. This individual attention ensures you are the main focus on your very personal and special life event.

At other venues, you may be required to rent tables, chairs and audio visual equipment. Add these costs to the base room rental and suddenly your budget is gone. At the Art Center, we include the items below at no cost to you.

Our services also include pre-event consulting, day of event coordination, event set-up and tear down as well as event security. Our rental cost is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees, no food and beverage minimums and no surprises. We know that you will have a lot to think about during this planning process. We want to make sure you aren’t stressed about your event venue. We will take great care of you!
